Overview
The AV 2086 is a low profile, passive SATCOM-on-the-move antenna. This antenna combines the features of a two-port dual function high angle (RHCP) and low angle (linear) antenna system commonly installed in airborne platforms. No diplexer or switching is required. This variant is also ideal for ground and ship borne applications. It has superior low angle performance and is protected with a high-strength composite radome. The radome is mounted on a 20-inch base with optional magnetic attachments.
