The MRC-99 is a series of units providing directly connected interoperable power and charging to the following radios:

- Wide range of AC and DC input voltages allows for nearly any AC or DC power source likely to be encountered worldwide.

- Allows operation of transceiver independently of external power source.
- The internal charger allows recharging while the transceiver is operating.
