Excell Battery is well-known among its long-standing customer base for its innovative team, exceptional customer service and quality battery solutions.
Based in Canada with U.S. operations, Excell is a leading independent designer and manufacturer of high-performance smart battery systems, battery packs and monitoring systems to customer specifications. Excell's batteries are built for applications that demand uncompromised safety, service, reliability and quality; which fits perfectly with Ultralife's own Battery & Energy offerings.
Acquiring Excell offers Ultralife the opportunity to further scale the Battery & Energy Products business and expand into key underserved market segments. Additionally, Excell brings experienced technical resources that we will utilize in progressing our global new product initiatives while adding a complementary line of synergistic, highly engineered products.
