Product Description

MRC-83 Dual Battery Box

For in-the-field power operations, the MRC-83 can contain up to two of any of the BB-X90 series rechargeable batteries or the BA-5590 non-rechargeable in a rugged enclosure with one MIL-STD 8-pin circular connector. Depending upon the type of equipment requiring power, cables can be provided.

While a simple but rugged design, the combination of deep drawn aluminum housing with an outer lip seal makes the unit waterproof when the unit’s cover is closed. The top cover uses metal connectors to assure reliable matings with the various batteries and when combined with internal battery separators assure positive battery alignment.
